Academics

Dr. Zebarushi is a distinguished academician with over 12 years of expertise as an Assistant Professor in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, Advertising and Sales, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and Risk Analysis. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, a Ph.D. in Role of Microfinance, and has qualified both UGC NET and JRF, reflecting her exceptional academic credentials. Her extensive portfolio of national and international publications, along with research presentations at prestigious conferences, highlights her scholarly impact. She has written books named ‘’Cost Management: A Perspective Approach” and “Financial Management: An Approach of Theory and Practice “along with a patent on ‘’Financial Credit Management System on E-Commerce Using Multidimensional Framework Model’’. She also served as an Officer at ICICI Bank Ltd.

Beyond academia, Dr. Zeba has been instrumental in entrepreneurial development. Since 2018, she has led specialized Entrepreneurship Training Programs under the ‘Chief Minister’s SC/ST/EBC/BC/ Minority/Women Entrepreneurship Training Scheme,’ sponsored by the Government of Bihar. She has also conducted financial and accounting training for government officials, demonstrating her commitment to capacity-building and economic empowerment. 

With an unwavering dedication to excellence, Dr. Zeba continues to shape the future of education and enterprise, leaving a lasting impact on students, scholars, and professionals alike. Her expertise, leadership, and contributions stand as a testament to her influence in academia and beyond.
