Director's Profile and Message
Prof. Raju is an alumnus (second batch: 1981-83) of Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). Prior to joining IRMA as faculty in the general management area in 1994, he worked with various organizations including National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Samakhya and Multi Co-ops' Association. He worked closely with farmers to organize co-operative structures to collectively pool, process and market their produce. He assisted enterprises by offering comprehensive business counselling, management training, member education and field-based action research activities. His current interests include governance and management of collective enterprises, sustainable livelihoods, social entrepreneurship, value and ethics in management and development cooperation.
He has 10 years of field experience and 20 years of academic engagement.

PDM consists of interactive classroom learning and experiential learning.
